Axis Mid Point as in Bhrigu-Nandi Naadi

Guru Shri R.G.Rao,I would like an article
on Chandra-Rahu axis mid point.
Like we use Lagna in traditional Parashari or Jaimini Jyotisha,here we use
an important point called Chandra-Rahu axis mid point.So to predict the events
as per this method,the birth time with a span of about half an hour is also
allowed..
We already know that both Rahu and Ketu are eclipsing both Surya and
Chandra.But Surya will take almost a month to cross a Rashi but Chandra will
take 2 ¼ days to cross a Rashi.So the events will be accurate.
One such principle told in 'Bhrigu-Nandi Nadi' ( Chart # 435 in
Bhrigu-Nandi Nadi )is about prediction of transit results of a planet on an
imaginary mid-point between Rahu and the Moon axis.In the example chart,Shri
R.G.Rao has stated in the last line like this “ The native’s death may take
place when Guru transits the mid-point of Rahu and Chandra axis.”It is
calculated after finding out how far the Moon has progressed from Rahu, after
the last conjunction in the natal chart. This point is very sensitive. When any
planet, benefic or malefic (including Rahu & Ketu) during transit aspects
or conjuncts this mid-point, some favourable or unfavourable event takes place
respectively. The effects of transit by 'Conjunction' are more potent than
those by 'Aspect’ ( 7th,3rd and 11th as these are directionally opposite Rashis
) . Sometimes, when two or more benefic planets simultaneously transit over, or
aspect to this Chandra-Rahu axis mid-point, the magnitude of the favourable
result increases to a very great extent. Same way if two or more malefic
planets transit or aspect to this point, the magnitude of unfavourable results
increases.
The principle is based on Rahu-Moon axis only, hence can be used by those
persons who know their accurate birth date but birth time is approximately
known.
Now let us see how to calculate this mid point of Chandra-Rahu axis.There
are 2 methods available..
1) From the longitude of Chandra deduct the longitude of Rahu,and divide
the difference by 2.Add the result to Rahu’s longitude in the natal chart and
this point is the Chandra-Rahu axis mid-point.
2) Add the longitudes of Chandra and Rahu in natal chart and divide the
result by 2,we get Chandra-Rahu axis mid-point.
As this point is very sensitive,the planets transiting or aspecting this
point will give results after crossing the mid-point and up to 3 Deg.20’of
longitude.
But experience and research on this subject says 5 Degrees on either side
of Chandra-Rahu mid-point gives the results by the transiting or aspecting
planets.
Example -1 :
The above is the chart of a
young gentleman whose grandfather expired on 26/6/2003.Chandra-Rahu mid point
is Makara 28 Degs.8’.Now let us look at the transit chart below..
On this day,transit Guru in
Karka Rashi was at 23 Degs.5’ and he was just 5 Degs.3’ behind of Chandra-Rahu
Mid point of 28 Degs.8’in Makara Rashi..At this longitude,this C-R Mid point
has crossed exaltation zone of Kuja and just entered Shani’s own zone.On the
transit day,Guru was in a longitude which is in the zone of Kuja’s
debilitation.So Guru lost the power of giving auspicious results.Added to
this,Rahu in transit was in Vrishabha Rashi but he was in 3 Degs.49’.Here one
thing I want to tell from my experience that both Rahu and Ketu being Shadowy
planets,when they transit on any planet/s or in trines to them,they give the
results before they leave that particular Rashi/sign.Rahu indicates paternal
Grandfather,so the native’s grand father expired on the said date and time.
Example-2 ) Chart-1D :
This is transit chart for the native whose Chart is 1a.Here the native was
blessed with a male child when transit Guru was crossing his C.R.-Mid
Point.Here transit Guru was in Makara 23 Deg.19’which is behind about 4 Degs.49’
from C.R.-Mid Point.Transit Rahu was also there but in 1 Deg.23’ indicating the
native’s grandfather was born again as his son as Rahu indicates paternal
grandfather.Here one important point is there that transit Budha +Shukra+Shani
were transiting over the native’s Surya ( Chart -1a ) in Kanya Rashi and out of
that transit Budha is very near to natal chart’s Surya which is also in trines
to transit Guru + Rahu,the native will be getting a job overseas.( The native
travelled abroad on 9/01/2010.)Budha is also a Karaka for income apart from
Shukra where Shukra is the Karaka for wealth.
Here I want to mention that transit Guru was in the zone of Kuja’s
exaltation,and transit of exalted Budha,Shukra ( Benefic Planets )were in
trines to Makara Rashi where his C.R.Axis Mid Point is there,so he got
auspicious event like birth of son here.
Example -3 ( Chart-1F ):
Here is a female chart and in this chart -Rahu-Chandra Axis
Mid.point will be Vrischika/Scorpio 4 Degs.32’.
Now let us look on 5/8/2005 what has happened.Here is the
transit chart :
On this day,transit Rahu was in Meena Rashi/Pisces Sign which was in trines
to Rahu-Chandra Axis Mid Point and including that transit Shani was also in
Karka Rashi/Cancer Sign trine to the same Rahu-Chandra Axis Mid Point. Her Surya ,the karaka for father is placed in Vrishabha Rashi in her natal chart ie., in 7th from C.R. Mid Point.Also from her
Stree Karaka Shukra/Venus,R-Ch/Axis Mid Point is in 8th House or 12th house
from 9th House,so on this day,her father got expired.Here both malefic planets
Rahu & Shani/Saturn have afflicted C.R- Mid.Point and in turn this afflicted C.R.Mid.Point aspected Pitru Karaka Surya in her natal Chart.
Like this we can analyse charts for evil and good events using Rahu-Chandra
Axis Mid.point.
